That&#039;s a subjective term, Mitch; got to be careful with those subjective terms.  One person&#039;s &quot;unrealistic&quot; is another&#039;s &quot;outrageous but attainable dream&quot;.  My favorite quote is from a woman--alas, I can&#039;t attribute it to her because I don&#039;t know her name.  She said &quot;If you don&#039;t have a dream which is so outrageous that you couldn&#039;t possibly succeed unless God Himself puts in a personal appearance, you&#039;re not alive&quot;.  I subscribe to that and it&#039;s why I&#039;m pursuing this wonderful new &quot;retirement&quot; career of mine.  Your instincts will let you know whether or not a dream is realistic, and you must always trust your instincts.</description>
