Hi Mitch - saw you speak at the Entrepreneur Magazine/Deluxe event in Long Beach recently! Fabulous info at the seminar! And this Roadmap is a great resource - I plan to refer others to your post!

Many times entrepreneurs recognize the need for some help but are overwhelmed with where to start. Your article walks them through the steps of how to get what they need.

Good virtual assistants, bookkeepers and web designer/developers have their own processes to help clients outsource to them. As you mentioned, these people are experts in their field so they can help you get started. You don't have to wait until you have all these steps in place to look for help. Great VAs will not just do tasks but actually partner with you to help you grow your business. And they can help you put together the documentation, checklists, manuals and training - you don't need to do it all yourself! Again, great post!
