Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional. Many of us suffer more than we need to.

Despite your best thinking you may find that you keep re-visiting unproductive life patterns over and over again.

This could be a familiar argument you keep having with your significant other or co-worker. Or perhaps a pattern of avoidance when it comes to one of your important goals.

I suggest that if you often feel stuck ask yourself: Does this feel familiar? 

If you answered yes,  the next question is: why haven’t I been able to change it?

While the answers do have some complexities that may have to do with your own personal history, it is true that most of us have hidden blind spots and reactive interpersonal patterns that we are not even aware of which undermines our effectiveness.

Module 1. Designing Your Dream Life: Getting Clear On What You Really What


There are no limits to how you can create your life except for those you place in your own mind.  You will find that when you begin to empower your own dreams the world around you begins to change.  In this first session we will take an assessment of your most important goals and learn the most effective ways of achieving them.

Module 2. Understanding Your Roots: Learn What’s Getting in Your Way

In childhood we learned through experience that is more important to feel safe than to feel fully expressed. When significant people in our life were not empathetic (truly hearing us and putting themselves on our shoes) we unconsciously learn to adapt to their needs rather than attain our own. 

For example, if we were told to shut up when we expressed certain feelings, we falsely learned it is safer  not express those feelings…ever. We are all running certain behavior patterns
that were developed in our early life experiences.  They may have protected us in some way then, but now they can be problematic. In this session you will get clear on these patterns.

Module 3. Recycling Patterns: Breaking Through to New Choices

As you learned in the last session — unknowingly, most of us are playing out similar scenarios as we saw in childhood.  For example, if a parent was very controlling and autocratic we may develop ” issues” with authority figures.  The creative child inside of us often learns to express our frustrated feelings indirectly.  Psychologists
call this passive aggressive.

There are many ways we are recycling such patterns at home and at work.  The problem is, most of us are unaware of how are doing this and hence unable to change.  To create sustainable change it is essential that instead of focusing on individual events or decisions you could do differently, you identify and shift patterns.   In
this lesson, you will get insights and tools for clarity and creating
a new path.

Module 4. Navigating Conflicting Intentions and Getting Past Your Resistance

Now that you have identified how you develop patterns in early life by adapting to others is time to chart new road to a more fulfilling life. In this lesson you will work with your accountability partner to clearly define the changes you’d like to make.

You will focus on not only the goals but also on your points of resistance – your conflicting intentions.

Module 5. Reclaiming Your Truth and Increasing Your Confidence

An excellent way to build on your self-esteem is to study role models and decide what qualities you like to incorporate in yourself.  You will also learn to embrace your shadow qualities so that you will feel less alone and less critical of others and yourself.

You will learn tools for turning judgment into curiosity so you can live more playfully and more freely.

In this final lesson we’ll take a major step in expanding your community and developing more intimacy with others. You’ll learn who you can trust and who you need to build and set boundaries with. You will learn to communicate more effectively so that both your
needs and others can be met.
